The WORK-SMART workshops are designed to teach best practices and innovative approaches to the business side of the arts. Arts groups and artists will be empowered through practical strategies to increase sustainability and capacity.

STARTING MARCH 2020: The focus for this year’s WORK-SMART workshop series will be Marketing. Experts in the field will deliver content geared towards small and midsize arts organizations. There are four sessions designed in sequence, but you are welcome to participate in any or all four. The WORK-SMART: Marketing Workshops series will explore marketing foundations, audience development and community engagement, branding and digital marketing, and tools of the trade from marketing professionals. All workshops are free to attend. Registration is required.
